GPRA growth and Projects
Trail improvement projects are completed during the summer and supported by dedicated volunteers and generous donors. These projects support our mission to promote Nordic skiing opportunities within the Mat Su Valley. Did you know that the Mat-Su Ski Club maintains GPRA ski and hiking trails year round? This includes all of the multi-use and Nordic ski trails as well as Blueberry Knoll and the Government Peak trails. Year round maintenance involves grooming, mowing, tree cutting and clearing, brushing, and rock tossing. Won’t you join us with your support today through a donation, membership or with your time!
